As a consultant and coordinator, we are responsible for the commercial management of professional real estate throughout Flanders. We position office spaces optimally in the market and activate contact with our partner brokers.  

We analyse opportunities and investments through pre-buy advice and/or thorough building screenings. With our critical audits and strategic insights, we help shape concepts from the earliest stages, always striking the right balance between commercial and financial interests. Our years of experience, strong in-house expertise and extensive network of real estate agents, lawyers and marketing professionals provide the ideal foundation for fast, high-quality occupancy, saving you time and money.

As a consultant and coordinator, we are responsible for the commercial management of professional real estate throughout Flanders. We position office spaces optimally in the market and activate contact with our partner brokers. We are currently responsible for the commercialization of no less than 178,000 m² of office real estate.

We analyse opportunities and investments through pre-buy advice and/or thorough building screenings. With our critical audits and strategic insights, we help shape concepts from the earliest stages, always striking the right balance between commercial and financial interests. Our years of experience, strong in-house expertise and extensive network of real estate agents, lawyers and marketing professionals provide the ideal foundation for fast, high-quality occupancy, saving you time and money.

As part of Resor Professional’s commercial machine, Kenny* helps ensure that maximum occupancy is achieved in the shortest possible time. With the necessary knowledge of office buildings, he guides corporate brokers from site visits to successful leasing. Thanks in part to detailed reporting, the owner remains informed of every action at all times.

Gilles

Gilles was born and raised in a real estate family and soon got hung to it himself. This is why he went to New York City, where he learned the business of residential real estate. Once back home, it didn’t take long for JLL to get him aboard: the switch to professional real estate was a fact. With these experiences and tons of ambition, he founded Resor in 2018, to help real estate owners as a consultant with their commercial activities. Today it has become a succesful multidisciplinary business with 3 branches: Resor Residential, Resor Professional and Consultancy.

Frederique assists Resor since the very beginning as a grafic designer. With unique, well thought out and powerful drawings she turns the idea behind each project into a solid story that gets people dreaming. She does not shy away from any grafical challenge.
