Intervest has appointed Resor Professional as commercial coordinator for the Intercity Business Park in Mechelen.

Mechelen is regarded as a strategic long-term location due to its potential for future logistics redevelopment.

In the meantime, the park’s office function remains fully operational. With a total office area of 54,190 m², Resor Professional, in close collaboration with its broker network, will develop a new commercial strategy to further increase occupancy levels.
